Shareholding
When you buy shares in a consortium, you will effectively become a  part owner of the specific business you choose to buy into. A Individual Close Corporation is registered for every business. You will receive a shareholders agreement as well as a loan account in the business. Monthly pay outs are made to you as interest against your loan account.

Management of the Consortiums

The individual businesses are managed by highly skilled, well qualified experienced people. Managers are employed to physically and actively manage the various businesses. The Consortium will financially be managed by the Consortium Financial Management team.
