  1. We offer all Investors, no matter what amount they invest, 1.5% Interest per month (18% per year).
  2. All Investors are protected with Shareholding in the Business as collateral.
  3. Investors will enter into a Formal Shareholders agreement with us, stipulating the terms of the Investment.
  4. The agreement will be forwarded by Email to all those requesting reservation of shareholding.
  5. The planned takeover date for both Businesses is 1 May 2010.
  6. Guarantees and all signed contracts must be in place at the end of March 2010 or as soon thereafter as possible.
